Launching a business.
In 2019, Jem & Jez had just completed Rivers End, a beautiful short term accommodation location on the Kalgan River near Albany WA.
My brief was broad in scope and involved developing and implementing a marketing plan consisting of photography, videography, logo, and instagram template and ongoing support to develop their marketing plan for years to come.
Making it stand out.
Time-lapses are a unique blend of photography and videography – two worlds that collide to create mesmerising content.
I often use this technique for a few seconds as part of an overall video making an impact on a scene.
Here is an example taken on assignment in the Macdonnell Ranges back in 2020.
Telling a story
In 2015, a captivating video showcased the inspiring story of Western Australian artist Tony Jones to promote the exciting Artist Open House event. This unique exhibition featured an array of talented Fremantle artists who generously opened their homes and studios, providing the public with a valuable insight into their diverse creative processes. The event effectively connected artists with the local community, significantly enhancing the cultural landscape of the area. Ben Reynolds Creative excels in producing compelling video interviews, seamlessly blending technical skill with engaging storytelling to bring these narratives to life.
Rebranding your business.
In 2020, I had the opportunity to meet Simon Deering, who is the co-owner of a successful real estate business located in Perth, Australia. Simon was looking to rebrand and refocus his business strategy amidst the changing market landscape. After the onset of COVID-19, he recognized a unique opportunity to pivot his business model from a traditional real estate agency to a specialized buyers agency. To support this transition, I assisted him by creating a comprehensive video profile, along with several shorter testimonials.
Shooting your passion.
After 20 years in the tennis coaching industry I was lucky enough to work on small jobs for Tennis Australia, combining my two passions photography and tennis.
The brief for this role was to provide both portrait and landscape video and photography that can be used in a variety of media outlets.
We focused on the enjoyable and entertaining element of the event, bringing particular attention to some of the standout stars of the tournament who took home the impressive cup, along with some prize money to provide valuable assistance for them in furthering their professional tennis careers.
